Shake well and spray on to skin. Spread thoroughly, like you would a moisturizer or sunscreen. If you miss a spot, that’s probably where you’ll get bit.

How long does it last? 4-6 hours on average, depending on your activity. Let’s say you put it on in the morning and sit in an air conditioned office all day, you’ll probably be good for dinner and drinks outside after work. If you’re gardening all day, you’ll want to re-apply around the six hour mark. If you’re hiking, around 4 hours. Everyone’s body chemistry is different. You’ll get a sense of what works for you once you start using it.

Re-apply after heavy sweating and showering.

Blend it with your foundation or use it as a primer.
